1. Find the right factory
Search by product, industry or province. Every listing shows unit price bands, minimum order quantity and the manufacturer behind it, so you can shortlist quickly.
2. Check credentials
Supplier profiles carry Verified, Audited and Exhibitor markers alongside staff size, year established and response rate — the signals that separate a real factory from a reseller.
3. Request quotes and samples
Send an inquiry on any listing, or post one sourcing request and let matching factories come to you with pricing, lead times and sample terms.
4. Produce and ship
Agree specifications and payment terms directly with the supplier, arrange inspection before shipment, and choose FOB, CIF or DDP delivery to your port.
Buyer tips
- Always order a pre-production sample before committing to a full run.
- Confirm which Incoterm a quoted price uses — EXW and DDP differ hugely.
- Ask for test reports (CE, RoHS, FDA) relevant to your destination market.
- Book a third-party inspection before releasing the balance payment.
